In 2008, RDC was established in Trinidad & Tobago and the main purpose is to:
(1) receive and stock in TT, cardiac pace-making devices (Pacemakers Defibrillators, and related accessories) from Manufacturers worldwide;
(2) To transship the devices to HBI Heart Centres in several parts of the world.

To date the RDC has distributed some 3,000 devices at an estimated all-in cost of $270 million, but what is most important is that our Club in Trinidad and Tobago has contributed in the saving of these 3,000 lives in just nine years, an average of 333 poor people lives saved annually.
